2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Anchor iOS application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Anchor. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Beta Testing Phase
Anchor is currently in a closed Beta testing phase. This means the software is provided "AS IS" and may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. Features may be added, removed, or modified without notice. You agree that your participation in the Beta program is voluntary and at your own risk.
5. Privacy and Local Storage
Our commitment to your privacy is absolute. All user-generated content, including audio transcripts, session summaries, and insights, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. For full details, please review our Privacy Principles.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
